Localgiving.com is a new website providing a way for smaller charities and community groups to raise funds and be able to claim 25% Gift Aid, which they can't normally do if they're too small to register with the Charity Commission or OSCR.

Founded in 2008, Localgiving.com’s mission is to enable philanthropic giving to small local charities and community groups in the UK.

Website visitors can select a charity to donate to by location and cause and are offered the opportunity to see the impact their donations are making.
